The Law Firm Giera Kaczmarek & Partners together with Leśnodorski Ślusarek & Partners provided advisory services for Adiuvo Investments S.A (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.) in the process of concluding an investment agreement whereby investors acquired 1,390,000 registered shares of the company by way of a private subscription. The value of the investment is PLN 12.51 million.

GKW lawyers provided advisory services in the process of preparing, negotiating the investment agreement and drafting transaction documentation.

Adiuvo Investments S.A. specializes in developing, financing and commercialization of innovative projects from the life-science industry on the international market. Funds obtained from investors will contribute to further development of the company.
