Szymon Kaczmarek is an advocate and Managing Partner at Loewen. He advises on key capital markets transactions, M&A deals and group reorganisations, managing projects from initial structuring through to full corporate closing.

He specialises in advising both public and private companies, with a particular focus on share and bond issuances, disclosure obligations of listed companies, transactions involving financial investors, and the establishment and administration of family foundations. He has participated in numerous transactions for entities across various sectors, including property development market, gaming, biotechnology, industrial, and finance.

  • Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as International Relations Institute at the University of Warsaw; scholarship holder at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, USA.
  • Admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association in 2012.
  • Completed postgraduate studies in Capital Markets Law at the University of Warsaw in 2014.
  • Entered on the list of Certified Advisers to the Alternative Trading System (ASO) in 2024.
  • Former member of the Supervisory Boards of, among others: Legia Warszawa S.A., Grono.net S.A., Finamo S.A.; currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Glass System Technologies S.A.
  • Legal adviser to the Supervisory Boards of Lichthund S.A. and Develia S.A.; previously advised the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A.
