Artur Zawadowski is an attorney-at-law and Managing Partner at Loewen. He specialises in corporate and capital group restructurings, debt and structured financing, and M&A transactions, particularly where rapid implementation under significant risk exposure is required.

He advises banks, issuers and institutional investors on financing projects and in crisis scenarios, combining market experience with in-depth knowledge of Polish, EU and U.S. law. He is ranked by Chambers & Partners in the field of restructuring.
