The Law Firm Giera Kaczmarek & Partners together with Leśnodorski Ślusarek & Partners provided advisory services for Adiuvo Investments S.A (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.) in the process of concluding an investment agreement whereby investors acquired 1,390,000 registered shares of the company by way of a private subscription. The value of the investment is PLN 12.51 million.
