Out-of-Court restructuring – Artur Zawadowski’s academic workshop at the Jagiellonian University

“Out-of-Court Restructuring – Standstill Agreements” was the topic of a workshop delivered by Artur Zawadowski, Attorney-at-Law, for participants of the postgraduate programme in restructuring and insolvency law at the Jagiellonian University. The session was conducted in a workshop format, with participants working on a case study prepared by the lecturer. Their task was to develop a restructuring plan based on the company’s legal position and financial data.

“This workshop format allows participants to look at restructuring from a different perspective as an opportunity to strengthen and develop a business, rather than merely to eliminate inefficient elements through court-led restructuring,” said Artur Zawadowski.
