The Satus Games Fund invested over PLN 1 million in the developer and publisher of indie computer games, giving Space Fox Games financial security until the end of 2024. From the legal side, the transaction was handled by the team of the law firm Loewen Legal Hub. As a result of the aforementioned project, a prototype of another game and a set of tools for creating hybrid games are to be created.

–Our company Space Fox Games generates recurring revenues, and the latest investment of Satus Games in the amount of PLN 1.150 million will help us to start and continue another research and development project in the near future. – says Aleksander Korulski, CEO of Space Fox Games.

The Management Board of Space Fox Games also decided to transform the company into a joint-stock company. The next step for Space Fox Games will be an IPO planned for early next year. The investment and transformation into a joint stock company was carried out by specialists from the law firm Loewen Legal Hub: Szymon Kaczmarek and Klaudia Jędrzejczyk.
