Artur Zawadowski a new partner in the Loewen law firm

On 10. May, Artur Zawadowski, an attorney-at-law and a recognised specialist in restructuring and financial markets, joined Loewen.

 

This is another major step in the development of Loewen as a law firm dealing with listed companies, the financial market, M&A and restructuring. Cooperation with Artur Zawadowski in these areas began in September 2022 – when he joined the law firm as of counsel. After several months of successful cooperation, the decision was made to integrate the Loewen law firm and Artur Zawadowski’s individual advisory practice.

Artur Zawadowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Law at Harvard University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School. He is admitted to the list of attorneys at the OIRP in Warsaw as well as to the list of attorneys at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, USA. From 1994 to 1999 he worked at the law firm Hogan & Hartson. From 1999 he was associated with Weil, Gotshal & Manges where he became a partner and head of the financing and restructuring department in 2006. In the years 2017 -2019 he cooperated with the law firm LSW. Since 2020 he has been running an individual consulting practice. In 2023 he was recommended in the Chambers & Partners ranking of restructuring lawyers in Poland.
