RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ongoing legal services for Polish and foreign clients
- drafting transaction and corporate documentation
- submitting declarations and updating them in CRBR and PRS
- assistance in preparing documents related to offering shares (prospectus, information memorandum, information document)
- correspondence with courts, offices and bailiffs
REQUIREMENTS:
- good knowledge of commercial, civil and economic regulations and the ability to apply them in practice
- additional advantage: knowledge of Polish and European capital market regulations (Act on Public Offering, Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, WSE and KDPW regulations)
- very good command of spoken and written English
- independence in performing assigned duties, ability to work in a group under time pressure, availability
- creativity and analytical thinking
