RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ongoing legal services for Polish and foreign clients
• drafting transaction and corporate documentation
• submitting declarations and updating them in CRBR and PRS
• assistance in preparing documents related to offering shares (prospectus, information memorandum, information document)
• correspondence with courts, offices and bailiffs

REQUIREMENTS:

• good knowledge of commercial, civil and economic regulations and the ability to apply them in practice
• additional advantage: knowledge of Polish and European capital market regulations (Act on Public Offering, Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, WSE and KDPW regulations)
• very good command of spoken and written English
• independence in performing assigned duties, ability to work in a group under time pressure, availability
• creativity and analytical thinking
