The Wolf and Oak Distillery joint-stock company has acquired a foreign investor. The transaction was handled by a team of lawyers from Loewen: Szymon Kaczmarek and Klaudia Jędrzejczyk.
The shareholders of the Olavion railway company have concluded a conditional preliminary agreement under which 100% of shares in the company are to be purchased by the Unimot Group, an independent importer of fuels. The legal side of the transaction on the part of the owners of Olavion is supervised by Loewen Legal Hub.
The Satus Games Fund invested over PLN 1 million in the developer and publisher of indie computer games, giving Space Fox Games financial security until the end of 2024. From the legal side, the transaction was handled by the team of the law firm Loewen. As a result of the aforementioned project, a prototype of another game and a set of tools for creating hybrid games are to be created.
The legal service of the transaction was provided by the Loewen team. The funds from the share issue will be used for the first phase of clinical trials of an innovative cancer therapy called CAR-T. FamiCordTX is planning an IPO and a stock exchange debut in the following year.
The Fund managed by Marcin Kuciapski and Michał Szpin has invested in a software house specializing in the design and development of mobile and web applications. Advocate Szymon Kaczmarek from Loewen was responsible for the legal side of the transaction.
Polski Bank Komórek Macierzystych, together with the Swedish company listed on the stock exchange, NextCell Pharma AB, will launch the production of the innovative CAR-T cell therapy. NextCell has just purchased a block of shares in the FamiCordTx company established two years ago – a company owned by Polski Bank Komórek Macierzystych (FamiCord Group). Loewen advised in this process.
The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to introduce to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market 240,000 (two hundred and forty thousand) series G ordinary bearer shares of Platige Image SA with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each. The debut of the shares took place on June 23, 2021. Loewen is the legal advisor in this process.
The Loewen law firm has become a legal advisor to Draw Distance, a game studio from Krakow, which wants to raise up to PLN 4.5 million through the issue of shares. The company is listed on NewConnect and wants to allocate the funds from the issue for the implementation of the studio’s projects: the largest game in the company’s history called “Project Cardinal”.
